Accounts
You must provide accurate contact details and keep your organisation’s websites under your control. We may suspend an account that is used to mislead visitors, abuse the delivery service, or create legal risk for other customers.
Publisher inventory
By installing the D14 embed you authorise D14 to request adverts for the hostnames you have verified. You remain responsible for the pages those placements appear on, including any house advert copy you supply.
Advertiser purchases
An order is a purchase of the named package on the named campaign. Delivery starts according to the campaign’s start rule after payment, and after publisher approval when the campaign requires it. Unused impressions or remaining days are not automatically refunded unless the publisher or D14 agrees a refund.
Fees
The advertiser pays the listed package price to the publisher’s payment account. D14 does not take a cut of that capture. Where a platform fee applies, D14 invoices the publisher at the rate shown on Sales & Payouts and collects it from the publisher’s stored payment method 14 days later. Fee-paying accounts cannot show paid or house adverts without an active billing method. Removing that method, or leaving an invoice unpaid past its due date, collapses every slot. Disputes and refunds on the advertiser payment stay on the publisher’s PayPal or Stripe account.

Advertisers must comply with the advertising policy. Publishers may reject or suspend any advert on their inventory. D14 may disable any advert or organisation that creates security, legal or reputation risk.
